  1. Manage and maintain the Windows environment to ensure stability, security, and efficiency for all users.
  2. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, systems, and applications.
  3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, taking proactive measures to prevent downtime.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement new solutions, upgrades, and patches.
  6. Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure data integrity and availability.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Windows administration and recommend improvements to enhance the overall IT infrastructure.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training and troubleshooting assistance.
  9. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to maintain system security.
  10. Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  11. Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration and support for Windows-based applications.
  12. Lead and supervise a team of Windows administrators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours support when necessary.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Administering Windows Server Environments, Including Installation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Active Directory, Group Policy, And Other Core Windows Infrastructure Components.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware And Hyper-V, As Well As Cloud Computing Platforms Like Azure And Aws.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With Experience Leading A Team Of Administrators And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
