Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Software Solutions Specialist - ServiceNow to join our team at Deloitte. As a Lead Software Solutions Specialist, you will lead our team in the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in ServiceNow and a passion for delivering world-class solutions. They should have a keen eye for detail and be a creative problem-solver.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven record of successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. They will be a self-motivated individual with a strong customer-oriented mindset and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions. In addition, you should have hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules. Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions
  2. Develop and implement software development, implementation, and support strategies for ServiceNow solutions
  3. Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules
  4. Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Develop software solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation for software solutions
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  8. Research industry trends and apply best practices
  9. Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow solutions
  10. Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running smoothly
