
Lead Software Solutions Specialist - ServiceNow
We are looking for a Lead Software Solutions Specialist - ServiceNow to join our team at Deloitte. As a Lead Software Solutions Specialist, you will lead our team in the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in ServiceNow and a passion for delivering world-class solutions. They should have a keen eye for detail and be a creative problem-solver.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven record of successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. They will be a self-motivated individual with a strong customer-oriented mindset and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions. In addition, you should have hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules. Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and implement software development, implementation, and support strategies for ServiceNow solutions
- Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules
- Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop software solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Research industry trends and apply best practices
- Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow solutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running smoothly
