Deloitte is seeking an experienced and talented Lead Software Solutions Specialist - ServiceNow to join our team. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who has a solid understanding of software solutions, especially ServiceNow, and is eager to learn and develop their skills. The Lead Software Solutions Specialist - ServiceNow will be responsible for developing and deploying software solutions to meet client needs.The successful candidate must have a strong technical background and expertise in ServiceNow, as well as a proven track record in developing and deploying software solutions. Additionally, they must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in software development and deployment.If this role sounds like the perfect fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities: • Develop and deploy software solutions to meet client needs • Utilize ServiceNow to provide solutions to clients • Troubleshoot software solutions • Provide technical assistance to clients as needed • Document software solutions and develop technical documentation • Monitor and maintain software solutions • Train and mentor junior software solutions specialists • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest software solutions • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop software solutions accordingly • Participate in design reviews and code reviews • Provide feedback to product teams to improve software solutions
