Deloitte is seeking an experienced Lead Software Solutions Specialist - ServiceNow to join our team in providing exceptional solutions to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative software solutions and possess the following qualifications:• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform and related technologies• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent• Expertise in developing IT solutions utilizing ServiceNow platform• Ability to provide technical guidance and training to team members• Excellent communication and organizational skillsIf you have the passion to make a difference and the desire to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team and help us provide world-class software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement innovative software solutions utilizing ServiceNow platform • Provide technical guidance and training to team members • Keep up to date with ServiceNow and related technologies • Monitor and review system performance and troubleshoot any issues • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion • Manage project timelines and deliverables • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders • Prepare reports and documentation related to software solutions and projects
