We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team, with a particular focus on Engagement Matters. As a Manager in ICN, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's compliance with independence and conflicts policies and procedures, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service and our professionals maintain the highest ethical standards. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of independence and conflicts rules and regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of independence and conflicts policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure compliance with all independence and conflicts rules and regulations.
  3. Lead and manage a team of professionals to effectively support the firm's compliance efforts.
  4. Provide guidance and training to team members on independence and conflicts policies and procedures.
  5. Review and analyze potential conflicts of interest and provide recommendations for resolution.
  6. Collaborate with other teams and departments to address and resolve conflicts of interest.
  7. Communicate and consult with engagement teams to ensure all potential conflicts are identified and addressed.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify any potential compliance issues.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in independence and conflicts regulations.
  10. Educate and train professionals on the importance of upholding ethical standards in client service.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to independence and conflicts.
  12. Act as a point of contact for any independence and conflicts related inquiries or concerns.
  13. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for maintaining and improving independence and conflicts compliance.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of independence and conflicts compliance.
  15. Promote a culture of ethical behavior and compliance within the firm.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Law, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conflict Management, Independence, And/Or Ethics Compliance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Independence And Conflicts Of Interest.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Complex Initiatives.
