  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing user access and identity management for clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and design customized solutions.
  3. Streamline security processes and ensure compliance with data security regulations.
  4. Conduct assessments and audits to identify any security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity access management.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions.
  7. Provide expertise and guidance to clients on IAM principles and best practices.
  8. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients on the use and maintenance of IAM systems.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and enhance IAM processes and procedures.
  10. Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of IAM projects.
  12. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all deliverables and documentation.
  13. Foster a collaborative and client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on IAM concepts and methodologies.
  15. Continuously strive for professional growth and development in the field of identity access management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Identity Access Management, Such As Gdpr And Hipaa.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Identity And Access Management Solutions, Such As Okta, Forgerock, Or Microsoft Identity Manager.

  • Excellent Communication And Client-Facing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Explain Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
