Bachelor's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or A Related Field
Experience In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling, Preferably In A Human Resources Or Talent Management Context
Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And/Or R
Familiarity With Hr Information Systems And Databases, Such As Workday Or Sap Successfactors
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Insights And Recommendations To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
