- Accurately and efficiently process employee payroll on a regular basis.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date employee payroll records.
- Ensure all payroll-related data is entered and updated accurately in the HR information system.
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies or issues with employee payroll.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
- Work closely with finance department to ensure accurate recording and reporting of payroll expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports and analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for payroll records.
- Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in HR and payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Train new employees on payroll procedures and systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by HR management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Payroll Processing And Administration.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Laws And Regulations.
Proficiency In Hris And Payroll Software, Such As Adp Or Workday.
Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills To Ensure Accuracy In Payroll Processing And Record-Keeping.
