Job Description

As a Deloitte Consulting Graphic Design Consultant, you will perform the following job responsibilities:

  • Produce visual products that convey analysis to senior executives
  • Conceptualize, design and produce visual solutions for a wide variety of formats and dissemination outputs
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team managing multiple design projects Delivering end-to-end transformations of workforce programs, services and processes to identify, build and incent to drive success of organizations and their workforces. Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • Prior experience shaping and leading solutions to data visualization in a complex and changing technological environment

  • Knowledge of production tools and methodology, and a strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software and hardware

  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory
