- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the government and public services sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and proactively identify and address their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for growing existing client accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the business development team to drive growth and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the government and public services sector to better serve clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Deloitte’s services and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Proactively manage and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing Deloitte’s capabilities and offerings.
- Train and mentor junior team members on client management best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient client operations.
- Represent Deloitte at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
- Continuously assess and improve client satisfaction and engagement strategies.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for client accounts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Account Management, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships, With A Focus On Driving Revenue And Exceeding Targets.
Strong Understanding Of The Gps (Government And Public Services) Industry And Knowledge Of Key Clients And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Trust With Clients At All Levels Of An Organization.
