- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the GPS sector to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and providing strategic solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments within the GPS sector, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and leveraging firm resources to support their business objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GPS sector.
- Analyze client data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Effectively manage client expectations and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Represent Deloitte in client meetings, conferences, and other industry events to promote our services and expertise.
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices for client management in the GPS sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on Deloitte’s service offerings and proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards when interacting with clients and representing Deloitte.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Client Account Management, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Gps (Government And Public Services) Industry And Experience Working With Government Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Client Relationships.
Demonstrated Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Client Accounts And Deliver Results Within Tight Deadlines.
