Provide delivery support and leadership on existing projects at BTI specifically with teams on two already awarded projects at various GPS clients. Identify client needs and assess potential solutions leading to direct business development in the market of Reimagining Security Clearance. Provide support to internal GPS Security team as our GPS practice continues to innovate around our internal processes. Assess enterprise capability maturity, design future-state operating models, plan for enterprise service transformations, and integrate cross-functional work streams during implementation. Conduct organization mature assessments using standard maturity models/standards. Implement digital tools and accelerators to drive efficiency. Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues. Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
