  1. Conduct financial due diligence for global mobility and mergers and acquisitions projects.
  2. Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support clients' objectives.
  3. Analyze financial data and identify key trends and insights.
  4. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team members.
  5. Lead and manage a team of financial professionals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to global mobility and M&A.
  8. Identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
  9. Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
  10. Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  11. Participate in business development activities and build strong relationships with clients.
  12. Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeline.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on financial due diligence processes.
  14. Adhere to professional and ethical standards while conducting financial analysis.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Financial Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Finance, With A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Mergers And Acquisitions, Financial Due Diligence, Or Related Fields. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Financial Statements, Valuation Methods, And Financial Modeling.

  • Global Mobility Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Global Mobility And Expatriate Management, Including Tax Implications, Immigration, And International Employment Laws. Experience In Advising Clients On Global Mobility Strategies And Policies Is Also Highly Desirable.

  • Mergers And Acquisitions Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Financial Due Diligence Projects For Mergers And Acquisitions. This Includes Experience In Conducting Financial Analysis, Identifying Risks And Opportunities, And Providing Actionable Recommendations To Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Client Management Skills: The Role Requires Effective Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Present Complex Financial Information In A Clear And Concise Manner And Have A Client-Centric Approach To Problem-Solving.

  • Team Management And Leadership: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Developing Teams To Deliver High-Quality Work Within Tight Deadlines.
