Come join our dynamic and innovative team at Deloitte! We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Functional Data/BI Business Analyst to join our growing Data and Analytics practice. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements for data and BI solutions. You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and solutions that drive business growth and success.   1. Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business needs and goals.
  2. Analyze and document functional requirements for data and BI solutions based on client needs.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify data-driven opportunities and solutions for clients.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and data scientists, to design and deliver data and BI solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for data and BI projects.
  6. Identify potential risks and issues and proactively work to mitigate them.
  7. Communicate project progress and updates to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis.
  8. Provide training and support to clients on data and BI solutions to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  9. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in data and BI technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data and BI solutions, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and how data and BI solutions can support and drive business growth and success.
  12. Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  13. Contribute to the growth and development of the Data and Analytics practice by sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
  14. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Functional Data/Bi Business Analyst At Deloitte Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Understand And Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Experience With Data Management And Business Intelligence Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Various Data Management And Business Intelligence Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, Power Bi, Or Oracle Bi, To Effectively Analyze, Visualize, And Report On Data.

  • Business Acumen: Deloitte's Functional Data/Bi Business Analyst Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes, Operations, And Objectives To Effectively Translate Data Insights Into Actionable Business Strategies And Recommendations.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients To Gather And Understand Business Requirements, Present Findings, And Provide Recommendations.
