  1. Gather and analyze data to identify business needs and requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business processes and systems.
  3. Collaborate with clients and team members to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  4. Create and maintain functional requirements, user stories, and other documentation.
  5. Design and implement business intelligence solutions using various tools and technologies.
  6. Conduct data mapping and data modeling to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
  7. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  8. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards for effective data presentation.
  9. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  11. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BI solutions.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BI technology.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members on BI best practices and methodologies.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Business Intelligence Tools: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Data Analysis And Business Intelligence Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, Power Bi, Etc. They Should Be Able To Use These Tools To Extract And Analyze Data, And Present Insights To Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Data Modeling And Database Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Data Modeling And Database Design, Including Knowledge Of Data Warehousing Concepts. This Will Enable Them To Design And Implement Efficient And Effective Data Structures For Reporting And Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Functional Data/Bi Business Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Manage Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Is A Must.

  • Business Acumen And Understanding Of Industry Trends: To Be Successful In This Role, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Industry And Market Trends. They Should Also Possess A Strong Business Acumen To Be Able To Identify And Analyze Business Problems And Provide Data-Driven Solutions.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role May Involve Leading Or Contributing To Projects, Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Tools. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Timelines, Resources, And Deliverables To Ensure Successful Project Outcomes.
