Finance and Performance Oracle EPM Specialist

Deloitte is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance and Performance Oracle EPM Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing our clients with best-in-class financial and performance solutions. The ideal candidate should have the ability to think strategically, identify client needs, and develop innovative solutions. The successful candidate will need to have a solid understanding of Oracle EPM technology and be able to communicate technical solutions in a way that is accessible to all stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EPM. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, and experience in data integration and reporting. Experience in other Oracle technologies such as OBIEE, OAC, Financial Close and Consolidation, and Oracle ERP is highly preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines is essential to this role.
