  1. Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures for the executive protection program in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  2. Manage the budget and financial resources for the program, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of funds.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive protection program, including scheduling, logistics, and personnel management.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of the program with overall company strategy.
  5. Evaluate and continuously improve the program's effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the program's objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the program as appropriate.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of employees and assets.
  10. Represent the company and the executive protection program in a professional and positive manner to clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Security And Protection: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Security And Protection, With A Focus On Executive Protection. This Includes Experience Working With High-Level Executives, Assessing Risks And Implementing Security Measures.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Program Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Security Professionals And Coordinating With Various Departments Within Deloitte. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Communicate Effectively, And Make Critical Decisions, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Financial Acumen: A Fundamental Aspect Of This Role Is Managing The Financial Aspects Of The Security Program. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis In Order To Effectively Allocate Resources And Optimize The Program's Financial Performance.

  • Knowledge Of Compliance And Regulatory Standards: Deloitte Is A Highly Regulated Company, And Its Security Program Must Comply With Various Industry Standards And Regulations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Standards And Be Able To Ensure That The Program Is In Compliance At All Times.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As The Liaison Between The Security Team And Other Departments Within Deloitte, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Security Information To Non-Security Personnel And Maintain Positive Relationships With All Stakeholders.
