  8. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement data quality and governance processes.
  9. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business growth and development.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and contributing to the development of new data science frameworks and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge Of Health Data Science Principles And Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Science Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques In The Context Of The Healthcare Industry. This Includes Experience With Data Analysis, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, And Data Visualization.

  • Extensive Experience In Federal Health Data Analysis: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Analyzing And Interpreting Health Data From Federal Agencies Such As The Centers For Medicare And Medicaid Services (Cms), The National Institutes Of Health (Nih), And The Food And Drug Administration (Fda). This Includes Experience With Complex Data Sets, Data Governance, And Data Quality Assurance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels. This Requires Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Data Science Projects In A Federal Healthcare Setting. This Includes Experience In Developing Project Plans, Managing Timelines And Budgets, And Effectively Delegating Tasks To Team Members.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Health Informatics, Data Science, Or Public Health, Is Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates A Strong Academic Background And A Deep Understanding Of The Complex Issues Facing The Healthcare Industry.
