1. Oversee the management and maintenance of all Deloitte facilities, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall functionality and productivity of our facilities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan and execute workplace projects, such as office renovations and relocations.
4. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for facility-related projects.
5. Manage and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
6. Serve as a point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to facilities management.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to facility management and projects.
10. Monitor and track facility expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
11. Contribute to the overall success of the PMO by participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in facility management and project management, incorporating new ideas and strategies into our processes.
