  1. Oversee and manage the project management office for the facilities department.
  2. Develop and implement project management processes, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective management of facilities projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, budget, and resources, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  6. Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the approved budget.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of facilities projects within budget and quality standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
  9. Conduct regular meetings and provide regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
  10. Provide guidance and support to project team members, including training and development opportunities.
  11. Conduct regular audits and reviews of project management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management and facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to facilities management.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project management office and across cross-functional teams.
  15. Represent Deloitte in a professional and positive manner at all times and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Facilities Management Industry.

  • Professional Certification In Project Management (Pmp) Or Facilities Management (Fmp) Is Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Processes, As Well As Experience With Facility Management Software.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.
