In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of our facilities initiatives while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.   1. Develop and implement project management plans for facilities initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  4. Manage project budget, including tracking and reporting on expenses and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
  5. Oversee the procurement process for facilities projects, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ongoing vendor management.
  6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are being met and address any issues as they arise.
  7. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and risk assessments.
  8. Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, providing regular status reports and addressing any concerns or questions.
  9. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in facilities management and apply best practices to enhance project delivery.
  11. Train and mentor team members on project management processes and procedures.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork to achieve project success.
  13. Act as a liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the company's values and commitment to exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Facilities Or Construction-Related Field.

  • Experience With Managing Complex Projects, Including Budget Management, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.

  • Strong Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Facilities Management, Including Sustainability And Safety Regulations.
