- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective use of facilities resources.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Project Management Experience, Preferably In The Facilities Or Real Estate Industry.
Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Lean Six Sigma.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Stakeholders And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience With Budget Management And Financial Analysis, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Project Management Software.
