
Executive Compensation Senior Manager
At Deloitte, we are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Compensation Senior Manager. This role requires an individual who is passionate about helping our executives and senior leaders make informed and strategic decisions in their compensation. The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable in executive compensation, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The Executive Compensation Senior Manager will be an integral part of the executive compensation team, responsible for the development and implementation of compensation programs for our executives and senior leaders. We are looking for a colleague who is self-motivated and goal-focused, with a commitment to excellence and the ability to think creatively.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing executive compensation programs. You will need to have a strong knowledge of the executive compensation regulations and guidelines applicable to publicly traded and private companies, and be comfortable working with senior leadership teams. You should also have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and an MBA or Master in Human Resources is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement executive compensation programs for executives and senior leaders.
- Ensure executive compensation programs are compliant with applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and advice to senior leadership teams on executive compensation matters.
- Research and analyze market trends in executive compensation.
- Develop compensation strategies and frameworks for executive and senior leader positions.
- Monitor and evaluate existing compensation programs for executive and senior leader positions.
- Lead the review and approval process for executive and senior leader compensation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure executive compensation programs are aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership teams regarding executive and senior leader compensation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive compensation.
