
Executive Compensation Senior Manager
At Deloitte, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Compensation Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of our executive compensation team and will be responsible for providing executive compensation support and advice to our clients.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in executive compensation consulting or in-house roles. You should have strong knowledge of executive compensation design, implementation, and administration, as well as US and international executive compensation law and regulations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.We are looking for a driven team player who is comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders and able to work autonomously. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Provide executive compensation support and advice to clients.
- Design, implement, and administer executive compensation plans.
- Stay abreast of US and international executive compensation laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to achieve success.
- Work autonomously when required.
- Prepare and analyze executive compensation surveys and reports.
- Proactively identify and address executive compensation issues.
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in executive compensation.
