Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Hb/Hb Claims Processing And Billing Systems.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Insurance Processes, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Claims Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Challenging Customer Interactions.
