Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Application Support, Preferably With Epic Systems.
Epic Certification In One Or More Application Modules (E.g. Clindoc, Orders, Ambulatory, Etc.).
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Workflows And Clinical Processes.
