  1. Lead the implementation and integration of Dynamics CRM for our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  2. Utilize your expertise and knowledge of Dynamics CRM to provide innovative solutions and drive transformation for our clients.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  6. Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the integrated CRM system.
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation process, providing timely and effective solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics CRM and incorporate them into project plans and strategies.
  9. Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the integrated CRM system.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in implementing and integrating Dynamics CRM.
  12. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with potential clients.
  13. Represent Deloitte as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of Dynamics CRM integration.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Dynamics Crm: A Senior Consultant At Deloitte Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Dynamics Crm And Its Various Modules, As Well As Hands-On Experience Implementing And Customizing The Platform For Clients.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In .Net Development, Javascript, And Other Programming Languages Relevant To Dynamics Crm.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Senior Consultant, One Must Have Proven Experience In Managing Complex Crm Implementation Projects, Including Defining Project Scope, Managing Timelines And Resources, And Communicating With Stakeholders.

  • Consulting Experience: Deloitte Values Candidates With Previous Consulting Experience, Particularly In The Crm Space. This Includes The Ability To Understand Clients' Business Needs, Develop Solutions, And Provide Strategic Advice To Help Them Achieve Their Goals.

  • Team Leadership: A Senior Consultant At Deloitte Is Expected To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Consultants, Developers, And Other Stakeholders To Successfully Deliver Crm Projects. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Delegate Tasks, And Effectively Manage Team Dynamics.
