  1. Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  2. Utilize expertise in Dynamics CRM to provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the highest level of quality in all project deliverables.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness through the use of Dynamics CRM.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test Dynamics CRM solutions that meet client needs and align with industry best practices.
  6. Train and mentor team members on Dynamics CRM functionality, best practices, and project methodologies.
  7. Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Monitor project timelines and resources, proactively identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.
  10. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  11. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to Dynamics CRM implementation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations, to support the growth of the Dynamics CRM practice at Deloitte.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, promoting a positive and professional work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Dynamics Crm, With A Focus On Field Service Module.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Best Practices In Field Service Management.

  • Certification In Dynamics Crm Field Service Is Preferred, Along With Knowledge Of Related Tools Such As Powerapps And Power Bi.
