  1. Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for clients.
  2. Lead a team of technical professionals in the development and delivery of CRM projects.
  3. Utilize your strong technical background to provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  6. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to CRM implementations.
  8. Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and best practices to continuously improve the solutions provided to clients.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on CRM technologies and processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to improve the overall CRM strategy.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Contribute to the growth and development of the CRM practice within the company.
  15. Represent the company as a knowledgeable and professional CRM expert in client meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Dynamics Crm: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Dynamics Crm, Particularly In The Field Service Module. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Platform's Capabilities And Be Able To Develop And Implement Complex Solutions.

  • Technical Expertise In Field Service Management: The Field Service Technical Lead Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Field Service Management, Including Experience With Configuration, Customization, And Integration Of The Dynamics Crm Field Service Module. They Should Also Be Proficient In Related Technologies Such As Azure Iot, Power Apps, And Power Automate.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Dynamics Crm Field Service Projects. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Be Able To Effectively Plan, Monitor, And Control Project Timelines, Resources, And Deliverables.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Technical Lead, The Candidate Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Developers, And Project Managers. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Industry Knowledge And Experience: Deloitte Works With Clients From Various Industries, And The Dynamics Crm Field Service Technical Lead Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Business Processes And Requirements Of Different Industries, Particularly In The Field Service Sector. Previous Experience Working With Clients In Industries Such As Manufacturing, Utilities, Or Healthcare Would Be Highly Beneficial.
