Job Description

Foster innovative strategies for acceleration of current and future DTO initiatives at the enterprise level. Conduct outreach with industry and academia to facilitate innovative solutions to organizational challenges using digital approaches. Support DTO planning, coordination and communication of DT initiatives in support of specified DTO initiative sprints. Develop professional rapport and maintain communication between DTO and other client stakeholders as specified by the Director. Analyze and research digital transformation programs, plans, and current issues to formulate specific actions and/or recommendations that will result in the best interest the client. Maintain cognizance and knowledge of actions/issues in DTO areas affecting the interest of the client and keep the Director informed concerning the DTO issues, operations, and accomplishments.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience

  • Proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment

  • Consulting and/or federal government industry experience preferred

  • Experience leading teams through a digital transformation including change management
