Job Description

Configuration of complex security models to support various business lines, asset types, and publishing models. Implementation of metadata schemas and taxonomies (folder structures, controlled vocabularies, etc.). Design and configuration of workflows for key operations such as asset intake/transformation, review and approval, scheduled notifications, and archiving. Asset migration and metadata transformation for a wide range of legacy repository and asset types. Use of spidering/crawling tools, databases, Regex, scripting, and other utilities needed for metadata ETL and large-scale metadata builds. Integration with MRM platforms such as Workfront and Aprimo to support automated metadata and asset synchronization. Integration with Adobe Creative Cloud for management of work-in-progress assets.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with commercial DAM solutions including core system design, asset migrations, integrations

  • Experience supporting large sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff

  • Integration with asset delivery platforms such as Dynamic Media, CMS platforms, brand portals, and video streaming services

  • Experience with asset curation, with at least 2 years experience in DAM administration or in a related field

  • A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analytics
