1. Lead the Deloitte Greenhouse Experience team in developing innovative and immersive experiences for clients.
2. Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.
4. Mentor and motivate team members, providing leadership and guidance.
5. Monitor team performance and take corrective action when necessary.
6. Develop and manage budgets and resources for projects.
7. Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
8. Establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
9. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in order to make recommendations for enhancements.
