Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Greenhouse Experience team in delivering innovative approaches to problem solving.
2. Create a unique and engaging experience for Deloitte’s people and clients.
3. Develop and deliver meaningful experiences.
4. Synthesize complex concepts into digestible learnings and activities.
5. Utilize design thinking and change management principles to drive innovation.
6. Facilitate workshops and other activities related to innovation, change management, and client experience.
7. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure successful program execution.
8. Monitor and manage program budget and resources.
9. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
10. Act as a mentor and coach for the Greenhouse Experience team.
