We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for our Deloitte Greenhouse Experience who has the enthusiasm and drive to help our organization reach new heights. In this role, you will be the face of Deloitte Greenhouse Experience and will be responsible for developing and executing our strategy to enhance the user experience. You will be the thought leader and strategic partner to our executives and will be expected to provide thought leadership, strategic guidance, and day-to-day management to our Greenhouse Experience team.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in customer experience, user experience, or digital experience. You should also have a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and the ability to think outside the box.
