We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Deloitte Greenhouse Experience team. They should have experience in leading teams, developing new ideas, and managing projects from concept to launch. The Senior Manager should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think on their feet. They should also be personable and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Ensure all customer experience initiatives are aligned with the overall Deloitte strategy.
7. Report and provide updates on project progress to stakeholders.
8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
9. Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
10. Keep up with the latest trends in experience design and customer service.
