The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing successful customer experience strategies, as well as a track record of leading and inspiring teams.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience management and strategy, including 5 years of experience in a leadership position. They must also have a bachelor's degree in a related field and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
