  4. Design and build scalable and efficient ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  10. Mentor and train junior data scientists on best practices and techniques.
  11. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  12. Collaborate with other data scientists and experts within the organization to share knowledge and improve overall capabilities.
  13. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work deliverables.
  14. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  15. Represent Deloitte as a subject matter expert in data science at industry events and conferences.
