  1. Lead the design and development of data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring they meet the needs and objectives of our clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Snowflake.
  3. Design and implement data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines using Snowflake, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  4. Develop and maintain data models and data architecture diagrams to support the data solution design.
  5. Identify and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve data processing and analysis.
  6. Act as the subject matter expert for Snowflake, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  7. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within the Snowflake environment.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Snowflake and data solutions.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Snowflake and other relevant technologies.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of data solutions.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on Snowflake architecture and development best practices.
  12. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  13. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and project managers.
  14. Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations related to data management and security.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and efficiency of data solutions using Snowflake.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Snowflake Data Warehouse Architecture: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Snowflake Data Warehouse Architecture And Its Components, Such As Virtual Warehouses, Data Storage, And Data Sharing. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Data Models In Snowflake.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Other Programming Languages: Data Engineering Snowflake Architects Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sql And Other Programming Languages, Such As Python And Java, To Manipulate And Transform Data Within The Snowflake Environment. They Should Also Have Experience In Building And Optimizing Sql Queries For Large Datasets.

  • Experience With Data Integration And Etl Tools: The Candidate Should Have Experience With Data Integration And Etl Tools, Such As Informatica, Talend, Or Matillion, To Extract, Transform, And Load Data From Various Sources Into Snowflake. They Should Also Be Able To Design And Implement Efficient Data Pipelines For Data Ingestion.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technologies: Data Engineering Snowflake Architects Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technologies, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud, And How They Integrate With Snowflake. They Should Also Have Experience In Deploying And Managing Snowflake In A Cloud Environment.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Data Engineering Issues And Optimize Snowflake Performance. They Should Also Have A Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Debug Data Issues Within The Snowflake Environment. Additionally, They Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Solutions To Non-Technical Stakeholders Effectively.
