Cyber Workday Security Manager

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Cyber Workday Security Manager to join our team of experts and help our clients improve the security of their Workday systems. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to provide security oversight and guidance to our clients in the implementation of their Workday security. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing Workday security initiatives. They must be able to quickly learn new technologies in order to stay ahead of emerging security threats and be comfortable providing direct support to clients.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience managing and implementing Workday security • Understanding of security best practices and industry compliance standards • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of Workday Security Architecture • Must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement security policies and procedures for Workday systems • Monitor and analyze security threats and risks to ensure systems are secure • Train clients on security best practices and compliance standards • Manage and update security controls and processes • Identify areas of security weaknesses and recommend solutions • Monitor security audit logs and take appropriate action when necessary • Develop and maintain security reports for clients • Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of security initiatives • Provide technical support to clients on Workday security issues • Stay up to date on emerging security threats and technologies
