- Lead and drive vendor enablement initiatives for clients using the Coupa platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for vendor enablement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Coupa platform and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful vendor enablement.
- Conduct training and provide support to clients on the Coupa platform and vendor enablement processes.
- Analyze and assess vendor enablement data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for vendor enablement processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to vendor enablement.
- Stay current on changes and updates to the Coupa platform and communicate any relevant information to the team and clients.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and successful completion of vendor enablement initiatives.
- Mentor and train junior team members on vendor enablement processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and assist in pitching vendor enablement services.
- Represent the company and the Coupa Vendor Enablement team at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the vendor enablement process to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while performing job duties.
Knowledge And Experience With Coupa Platform: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Coupa Platform, Including Its Functionalities, Configurations, And Integrations. This Includes Experience With Vendor Enablement Processes And Workflows Within Coupa.
Project Management Skills: The Coupa Vendor Enablement Team At Deloitte Works With Multiple Clients, Each With Their Own Unique Requirements And Timelines. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills To Effectively Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Vendor Enablement Experience: Previous Experience In Vendor Enablement, Preferably Within A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Experience In Onboarding New Vendors, Managing Vendor Relationships, And Troubleshooting Any Issues That May Arise.
Communication And Collaboration: As A Member Of The Delivery Center Team, Effective Communication And Collaboration With Both Internal And External Stakeholders Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Coupa Vendor Enablement Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Provide Solutions To Potential Issues.
