1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to financial processes.

3. Lead a team of consultants and oversee their work to ensure project goals are met.
4. Develop project plans and timelines, and communicate progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Conduct training and provide support to clients on Coupa's platform and best practices.
6. Analyze and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation and provide solutions to ensure a smooth implementation process.
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert for Coupa's platform and keep up-to-date with any updates or changes.
9. Provide exceptional client service by building and maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
10. Collaborate with other functional leads and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and integrated implementation process.
11. Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to clients.
13. Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to financial processes and Coupa's platform.
14. Adhere to project budgets and timelines, and report any deviations to management.
15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
