  1. Manage Contracts: The Contracts Lead Admin will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that all deadlines and requirements are met. This includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as maintaining accurate records and tracking any changes or updates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Procurement, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law And Regulations, Including Experience With Various Contract Types (E.g. Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement) And Government Contracting.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Parties.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Familiarity With Industry-Standard Tools Such As Salesforce, Ariba, Or Sap.
