  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
  2. Utilize the DISC model to understand clients' needs, preferences, and communication styles in order to tailor interactions and build rapport.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support in navigating our services and offerings.
  4. Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and challenges, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, and to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Deloitte, representing the company's values and commitment to client satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  8. Track and report on key metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  9. Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings and presentations, to support the acquisition of new clients and the growth of existing accounts.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve the client experience, and provide feedback and suggestions for process and service improvements within the company.
