- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage resources and expertise from within the organization to drive successful change initiatives.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the organization, promoting Deloitte's change management capabilities and expertise.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Change Management, Preferably In A Consulting Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Change Initiatives In Complex Organizations.
Strong Understanding Of Change Management Methodologies And Frameworks, Such As Prosci Or Adkar.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Influence And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
