- Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities across the country
- Build and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services offices and student organizations
- Identify and attend career fairs, information sessions, and other campus events to promote Deloitte as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and make recommendations for candidates to move forward in the interview process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate and facilitate on-campus interviews and networking events for candidates
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Deloitte, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting to continuously improve our recruitment strategies
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline campus recruiting processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Campus Recruiting, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience With Various Sourcing Methods, Including Social Media, Career Fairs, And Campus Partnerships.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With College Students, Career Services Staff, And Internal Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Tools.
