At Deloitte, we are looking for an Audit & Assurance Manager - Employee Benefit Plans to join our highly esteemed Audit & Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employee benefit plans at Deloitte meet the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of audit and assurance principles, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.The Audit & Assurance Manager - Employee Benefit Plans will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing employee benefit plans and developing audit strategies to ensure compliance with external regulatory guidelines. The manager will also be responsible for leading audit engagements, documenting audit findings and making recommendations for improvements to the audit process.If you have a passion for helping organizations meet their compliance goals and pride yourself on your ability to think critically and strategically, this position could be the perfect fit for you. We are looking for someone with a combination of strong technical expertise and interpersonal skills, as well as the capability to manage multiple assignments.Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• 5+ years of experience in audit and assurance• CPA or other relevant certification• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients• Strong project management, problem solving, and organizational skillsIf you meet the criteria above and have the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) License

Familiarity With The American Institute Of Certified Public Accountants (Aicpa) Standards And Guidance
