Audit & Assurance Manager - Employee Benefit Plans

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employee benefit plans at Deloitte meet the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of audit and assurance principles, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.The Audit & Assurance Manager - Employee Benefit Plans will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing employee benefit plans and developing audit strategies to ensure compliance with external regulatory guidelines. The manager will also be responsible for leading audit engagements, documenting audit findings and making recommendations for improvements to the audit process.If you have a passion for helping organizations meet their compliance goals and pride yourself on your ability to think critically and strategically, this position could be the perfect fit for you.
