Associate Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs
2. Develop and document detailed technical specifications to support system development, implementation, and maintenance
3. Assist in the development of test plans and scenarios to ensure that software meets customer needs
4. Develop and maintain user and technical documentation for all systems
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and functionality
6. Work with stakeholders to define and improve processes to ensure better system performance
7. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements
8. Provide user training and support as needed
9. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure solutions are up to date and relevant
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and end users
