Associate Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and create system specifications for application development • Developing solutions to address complex business problems in a timely and cost-effective manner • Utilizing a variety of technologies to create and implement innovative solutions • Working with stakeholders to define business requirements for systems development • Designing and developing databases, software applications, and related systems • Identifying and rectifying any technical issues with existing systems • Utilizing project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of projects • Researching and evaluating software and hardware solutions to ensure business requirements are met • Documenting processes and procedures to support efficient operations • Training staff on new systems and processes • Testing and evaluating systems for usability and functionality
