Job Description

Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure alignment of campaign management goals to desired marketing campaign ROI. Develop recommended meeting / stand-up architecture that enables teams to effectively collaborate with key marketing and business stakeholders. Lead campaign teams in applying agile methodologies to planning, execution and optimization. Develop processes that ensure the successful delivery of creative assets and other execution deliverables; coach teams to develop and oversee agile sprint plans, timelines and workflows for marketing campaigns. Delegate tasks to team members based on agile project management guidelines. Manage quality control for all projects against agile standards and oversee capacity and other key project management KPIs, including team satisfaction, to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects; identify course corrective actions to optimize.

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 years professional experience in project management, with bachelor’s degree and PMP or six-sigma certification required

  • Depth in digital marketing strategy, campaign management and marketing process management required

  • Deep experience in project management software tools, with a preference for Workfront experience

  • Strong team player who can build and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization
