Clinical Services Manager

Plans, organizes, and provides day to day direction and work review to assigned staff providing similar or related multidisciplinary mental health or alcohol and other drug services. Makes or reviews decisions on difficult patient/client assessment and casework matters. Maintains agency standards for licensing via state mental health services and compliance with laws, regulations, and patient rights. Recommends the hiring of assigned staff, evaluates employee performance, counsels employees and recommends disciplinary action when necessary. Identifies and utilizes community resources; develops and trains such resources; makes appropriate referrals for outpatient services.

Del Norte County is a county at the far northwest corner of the U.S. state of California, along the Pacific Ocean adjacent to the Oregon border. As of the 2010 census, the population was 28,610. The county seat and only incorporated city is Crescent City.
